After we do the due diligence and create a shortlist of nannies who align with your family, we will organise interviews between both parties so you can meet.

Unlike other agencies, our relationship doesn't end as soon as your perfect match is found. We will schedule further 'check-ins' up until 3 months post-hiring, to provide support and guidance for any queries that arise after the recruitment process.
In the unlikely event that there are disputes, we will attempt to assist the parties to resolve their concerns amicably.

Our one-off fees vary depending on how many days per week you require a Gumnut Nanny -
1 day - $990
2 days - $1,350
3 days - $1,550
4 days - $2,000
5 days - $2,200
Please note: There is a $90 administration fee to create a job profile and start the interviewing process.
